Our students were informed about the Navigate programme, which involves MJM Marine investing in young and ambitious talent. The students got the opportunity to hear from one of their current higher-level apprentices about his journey and experiences, as well as insights from a university placement student.
The opportunity to tour the facilities was invaluable and left our students feeling motivated and excited about their future careers.
