We were delighted to welcome Frank Diamond from ‘All Lives Are Precious’ (ALPS), a community based Mental Health initiative established to support the emotional wellbeing and mental health of our young people and to educate them on suicide prevention. Frank mesmerised pupils from years 10 and 13 about his life journey and encouraged them all to be kind to themselves as well as being mindful of others. Saint Patricks College are delighted to be associated with such a wonderful charity and would encourage as many of our school community to register in the ‘Walk a Million’ challenge which will provide much needed support for ALPs– what a brilliant excuse to get active and fit!
